I have a music-related question. How do I get help?
I answer all music-related questions for students in my group coaching sessions. Coaching is available to all PianoWithWillie membership levels and students are encouraged to participate.
I don’t offer phone support because I believe the best way to support you is through chat and email. There are a few reasons for this:
- I can instantly view your account, system details, and other information so I can troubleshoot more effectively.
- With email and chat, you can send me screenshots, videos, and links to help me see what you’re seeing. I can also send back to you screenshots and videos to help guide you in the right direction.
- It’s faster. I can quickly get to the bottom of your questions without putting you on hold.
- Online support keeps detailed records in one place ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.
- I can offer support directly from my mobile device which let’s me help you even if I’m out of the office.
